We arrive when we said we would
You'll know exactly who's coming and when — one of us for local collections, or one of our vetted transport partners further afield. We confirm the appointment the day before, so there's no sitting in all day wondering.
We check the car matches the description
A calm, methodical once-over: bodywork, tyres, interior, a short drive if appropriate, and the mileage against the MOT record. You're with us the whole time — nothing happens behind your back.
We go through the paperwork together
V5C in your name, keys, service history, photo ID matching the V5C, and the finance settlement figure if there is one. We buy from the registered keeper only. We complete the DVLA change of keeper with you, there and then.
The money is sent before the car moves
Faster payment bank transfer, in your account the same day. You watch it land before we take the keys.
We shake hands and that's it
No fees, no follow-up charges, nothing else to do. The car is ours, the money is yours, and everyone knows where they stand.
And if the car isn't as described?
If the inspection reveals something that wasn't disclosed — damage, missing history, warning lights — we'll show you exactly what we've found and what it changes, in plain numbers, before anything is signed. You can accept the revised figure or keep the car; no pressure either way. And if the car matches what you told us, the price stands. That's the whole rule.
